Meiki Mold Engineering Co,Ltd. began its operation with the manufacture of thermosetting resin molds and projector parts.
1951
It was reorganized into a joint-stock company.
1957
Die exports to the United Sates began.
1960
An Engineering subsidy for the promotion of exports by smaller enterprises was given to the company by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in Japan.
1966
The Yokohama Factory was completed and went into operation in February as the company's main factory.
1969
The Yamato Factory was completed for Manufacturing of larger molds in Yamato-City.
1976
Introduction of NC machines improved modernization and accuracy.
1980
Plan to build a factory in Ichinoseki was decided.
1983
Began to design by CAD, system.
1985
The Atsugi Factory was completed and went into operation in November,(The Yokohama Factory closed).
1986
Molding factory was completed and began to make molding samples.
1987
The Kanagawa Factory was completed and went into operation in June,(The Tokyo Factory closed).
1988
Meiki Corporation Technical Service Center was established in Chicago, U.S.A.
1988
Parts Factory was established and began work.
1988
After 40 years operation Meiki Seisakusho is renamed Meiki.
1989
MEIKI(U.K.)LTD. was established in Wales U.K. Factory was completed and went into operation.
1990
MEIKI(MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. was established and went into operation.
1992
The Ichinoseki Factory was completed and went into operation.
1994
The Yamato Factory has been closed and in corporated into factories at Atsugi and Kanagawa.
1996
MEKI de BC S.A. de C.V. was established in Tijuana Mexico and went into operation.
1998
Pamphlet commemorating Meiki's 50-years history.
2000
Large mold factory was completed in Atsugi.
2001
The Shinetsu Office was established.
2003
The Detroit Office of Meiki Corporation was established in Detroit, U.S.A.
2006
MEIKI Engineering (THAILAND) Co. Ltd. was established and went into operation.
2007
Tokai office was established. (Shinetsu office was closed.)
2009
MEIKI Slovakia s.r.o. was established in Nitra Slovakia and went into operation.
