It is functional water because we added artificial functions to the water. Water soluble cutting fluid is diluted water; it is excellent for cleaning molds and cooling water of machinery and equipment. Conventional water soluble cutting fluid was diluted by normal water; it caused rotting, decay and decreased cutting performance. If diluted by MEIKI water, it does not only prevents and suppress microorganism that cause rust, wearing down of the tools will be reduced compared to conventional cutting fluid and improves surface accuracy and cooling performance.
